Learn simple ways to care for your wrists, shoulders, back, and hips so you can keep creating with ease, comfort, and delight.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Part 1 / Yoga and Posture for Potters (60 minutes)
A gentle, feel-good gentle yoga session focused on
• Posture habits that support creativity and longevity
• Key areas to protect: wrists, shoulders, hips, spine
• Breath and movement to keep you grounded and relaxed at the wheel or table
No experience with yoga needed. This is about feeling good, not achieving impossible poses.
Part 2 / Pottery Practice with Personal Guidance (2 hours)
Now it’s time to work with the clay — putting alignment principles into action and exploring how posture and space shape your creative process. Personal guidance will support you along the way.
Yogesh and David will offer one-on-one feedback, gentle corrections, and encouragement as you work, allowing you to notice in real-time how small shifts in posture can make a big difference in how you feel and what you create.
