A focused, hands-on workshop dedicated to making and refining handles and pitcher spouts!

NOTE: This workshop is for Cottage Pottery Studio members only.

This practical session is designed to build confidence in forming, attaching, and shaping functional components that elevate your work. We will focus on proportion, comfort, and flow—so your handles feel good in the hand, stay on, and your spouts pour cleanly and reliably.

What to expect:

• Making and refining pulled and hand-built handles

• Shaping and attaching handles for strength, balance functionality and aesthetics

• Designing and forming functional pitcher spouts

• Understanding proportion, ergonomics, and visual flow

• Troubleshooting common issues like cracking, poor attachment, or awkward pouring angles
